Objectives  

The International Advisory Committee members are experts on interventions for multimorbidity and patient-centred care, who are already working with the Co-PIs. The aim of this Committee is encourage international collaborators :

- to provide ideas from their jurisdiction and from their research programs.

- to learn about the Team’s interventions with a view to implementation or scaling up in their country.

- to host a junior researcher from PACE in MM Team who will visit their country and their research milieu, in order to learn and bring back to Canada the new knowledge, formally, through a presentation to our Team.
